Entering dosage information
Immunizations are managed under the student record found under the “Health” section of Information. It is here that you can submit dosage dates.

Want to make changes to the immunization information?
If you wish to make changes to the dosage information, changes can be made by navigating to the District Office > Start Page > District Setup > Health (Immunizations) > Vaccines. As the purpose of this article is to show how to enter information and not to setup or manipulate fields, the setup of these fields are not covered in this article.
And how do I run a report for a student’s immunization record?
In California, the California School Immunization Record is also known as the “Blue Card” and can be run under Data and Reporting > Reports > Compliance Reports > California School Immunization Record (Miscellaneous State Reports).
