Introduction
This article is designed to help you locate and edit the state-reportable High School Completion status and following Graduation indicators:
- CA Graduation Completion status
- Graduates meeting all UC/CSU Requirements
- Graduates with Golden State Seal Merit Diploma
- Graduates with Seal of Biliteracy
Navigating to students
From the Home Page > Under Pages > use the Search Students look up field to search for the student using the student’s last name or Local ID > select Enter.
Select the applicable student from the list of students > then select Student Data from the left menu panel > then select Demographics from the left menu panel.
Once at the Demographics screen > select the Student Data 2 tab.
Click the Change button at the bottom of the screen.
Under Completion Status > use the dropdown next to Code to select the appropriate Completion Status.
- Regular HS Diploma Graduates
- CHSPE Completers
- Adult Ed. HS Diploma
- Special Ed. Certificate of Completion
- GED Completers
Click Save.
Graduates meeting all UC/CSU requirements
From the Home Page > look up the student using last name or Local ID.
Navigate to Test Scores > College Entrance Requirements.

Golden State Seal / State Seal of Biliteracy
From the Home Page > look up the student using last name or Local ID.
Navigate to the Activities and Awards section of Aeries by selecting Student Data > Other > Activities and Awards.
The current Activities and Awards are viewable on this page.
To add > click Add New Record.
Use the dropdown next to Type > select Award.
Then use the dropdown next to Code > scroll through the options to make the selection.
Click Save
