How do I view my ADM in AzEDS?

Introduction

This article will show you how to see actual ADM for your students, according to the data in AzEDS. This data should be periodically checked against attendance information in PowerSchool.

From the ADEConnect Home Page > Select the “View Applications” button.

Once at Applications > select the AzEDS Portal hyperlink for your school.

To access state reports, click on the “Reports” button in the top menu bar. NOTE: Your LEA and Fiscal Year should default to the current data but check to ensure that both are correct.

From the green menu on the left > select ADM > then ADM15.

To limit student records by district, school or grade, select the desired options from the dropdown menus.

To view all students:

ADM15 – Student adjusted ADM Report

  • Settings:
    • Data Capture Date – Select the most recent date available
    • Schools – All

This will provide you with a list of students from the ADM15 – Student Adjusted ADM report.

Absences as reported to the state will be reported under the column “Days Absent”. Note that Kindergarten students will be reported as .5 (KN are .5 FTE) and all other students should be 1.0.
