Step 1: Locating “Mass Add Student Related data”.
From the Home Page > type “MASS” in the Filter Pages field on the left menu bar. Then select Mass Add Student Related Data (Functions).

Step 2: Select “Create New”.

Step 3: Target Table for Programs
From the “Target Table” > click the dropdown arrow > scroll to select the table you want to add the records to. For this example, we’re using the PGM table.

Step 4: Select Program Code
From the “Pgrm Code” dropdown, select the program code you want to add. For this example, we’re using LIP Program 305.


Step 5: Enter the “Eligibility Start Date”.

Step 6: Select Students to Update
Scroll down to “Students to Update” and enter either the PERM ID or the SSID in the Student Search box. (If you have a list of student perm id’s or SSID’s in an excel list, you can copy the list from excel and paste in into this field). Then select “Load Students”.

Step 7: Student Search Results
You will see the list of students under “Search Students” on the left menu bar. If the list looks correct, click the ALL button under “Search Results” to select all students. Then click on the blue arrow (pointing to the right), in between the two boxes. This will copy all records to the “Selected Students” box.

Step 8: Selected Students
You should now see a list of students under the “Selected Students” box as well.

Step 9: Click the “Mass Add Records” button.

You have completed a “Mass Add Records” of student related data!
