Navigating to the Parent/Guardian Education Levels Page
The Parent/Guardian Education Levels page can be found by navigating from the PowerSchool Home Page > selecting the student > Compliance > Guardian Details
Depending on the Student’s Parent/Guardian Relationship there are two ways to enter and manage the data.
Mother/Father Education Level Mapping:
Enter in the Mother’s and Father’s name, in the drop down next to the Parent/Guardian 1 and 2 select Mother/Father and enter their Highest Education Levels at the top.
Guardian other than Mother/Father Education Level Mapping:
If the Parent/Guardian is not the student’s Mother or Father, you will enter the Guardian 1 and 2 names as well as their relationship to the student, then at the top select the Parent/Guardian 1 and 2 to the Guardians and enter their Highest Education Levels at the top.
